The motion to temporarily shut down the company's business and halt the manufacture and marketing of counterfeit drugs could delay the approval of Viagra.
In December 2017, the FDA announced that it would soon begin to allow drug manufacturers to sell their medications without a formal FDA approval, after years of delays.
The company, based in the Bronx, New York, announced that the company has signed a "untary compliance agreement" with the Food and Drug Administration, a move which could allow its products to enter the market without a formal FDA approval.
The company had also signed an agreement with a number of drug manufacturers, including the U. S. Food and Drug Administration. These companies are not required to provide the FDA with the approval of the drugs and thus have no legal standing to object to the FDA's decision.
In a statement issued after the company's announcement, the FDA said that the company "aggressively intends to protect and promote patients by promoting safe, effective, and affordable generic medications and products that are not approved by the FDA."

The FDA's decision to allow the company to market its own generic drugs, has led to some of the most dramatic shifts in the pharmaceutical industry since Viagra's patent was challenged in 2006. At the same time, Viagra has been on the market for years and has a strong presence in the United States, though some drugs have been found to be counterfeit.
In 2017, Viagra's patent for a new drug was granted for about $4.8 billion. The patent expires in 2023.
The FDA's decision to allow the company to market its own generic drugs, has led to a surge in counterfeiting, which has been the most common way of getting drugs into the market. In 2012, the number of drugs that were fake in the United States jumped to 14 billion.

According to the report, the number of counterfeit drugs that have been introduced to the market since Viagra was introduced is estimated at about 6 million each year. In fact, there has been a worldwide spike in the number of counterfeiting attempts, and some have even resulted in legal action.
